What's my process like

Complete questionnaire

To kickstart your fitness journey, all you have to do is fill out the questionnaire form. This will help me gauge where you are in your fitness and to help build out your plan.

Review your submission

Once you submit the form, I’ll carefully review everything in totality which can take no more than 1-2 days. If more clarity is needed, I’ll reach out directly to learn more about your goals and needs.

Craft your plan out

After careful review, I get started on crafting a plan tailored to you, your needs, your goals – everything! 

Send over & start

After crafting your plan, it’ll be sent over to the email address you provided in the form submission for you to begin! I can always make adjustments if you need to make tweaks. (:

Why train
with me?

My goal with online coaching is to become my followers biggest supporter in & out of the gym so that they don’t have to go through the same trial & error that I went through. My training focuses on strength training to become the strongest version of ourselves mentally & physically. I want my clients to enjoy their journey & have a balanced lifestyle with guilt-free indulgence in their favorite foods. Together we can love our natural, beautiful bodies.

After falling out of love with soccer & redirecting my focus to my studies, I needed to find a new way to stay in shape. Lifting weights wasn’t a passion initially. I struggled with inconsistency, uncertainty, self-image & didn’t trust the process. I compared myself to others, hoping to emulate their results. Eventually, I shifted from relying on motivation to embracing discipline. Through my online coaching, I am so excited to guide others on entering their self love era.

Questions I can answer

You can expect a completely personalized experience. You will get a workout plan that’s based on your preferences, you can choose if you want to work out at the gym or at home, what equipment you like to use, how many times a week you want to workout and we will avoid any injuries. Your meal plan will also be completely catered to you. I make sure to work around any foods you don’t like and any allergies/dietary restrictions. I also check in with you weekly to make sure you are progressing. I want to make sure that you not only see results, but more importantly ENJOY the journey!

Pricing will depend on your goals and how long it will take you to reach them! You can expect to pay anywhere from $5 – $7 a day and payments are due on a monthly or bi-weekly basis- whatever works best for your financial needs. I want to make sure as many people as possible have access to my coaching.

We all know good things take time and we aren’t going to see major changes over night! But the first step is us FEELING a difference – and if you are on top of everything this can happen in just a week or two! Step two is US SEEING a difference whether this is what we are looking at in the mirror or how our clothes are fitting differently! Step three is OTHERS SEEING a difference. Because there are multiple phases of the process, I ask all my clients to commit to at least four months with me so that they can feel how good it is to experience all three steps.
